GWH Site Tour

Join us for a fascinating exploration of our First World War heritage project here at Great War Huts!

This talk and tour offers a unique opportunity to learn about the project background and see the progress being made on the historic huts and the replica trench system.

Booking in advance is essential. This tour is completely free, although donations are gratefully received to support the ongoing preservation efforts. We look forward to welcoming you!

This event takes approximately 2 hours, which includes an introductory talk, followed by a tour of the huts and trench system. Light refreshments are available to purchase.

Just a quick note: as restoration and building work is still underway, some areas of our site can be a bit uneven underfoot. We’re happy to say that most of the site is wheelchair accessible, though we do want to mention that the trenches are not accessible. Thank you for your understanding.
